I didn't press anything and I got to step 9 out of 11 it was tittle Sierra air card and it sat on 1% for 10-15 minutes and then I guess it timed out. I decided to try the usb one more time and low and behold the update passed the "Embedded Air Card" and the rest of the steps. this is by far the longest uconnect update … My guess is he is typing the vin in Uconnect instead of following the TSB like it says.
